About La Compagnie
La Compagnie was founded in 2013 by French entrepreneur Frantz Yvelin and began flying in 2014 between Paris and Newark with Boeing 757-200s. It revived the all-business-class transatlantic concept previously attempted by carriers such as L'Avion, and has remained a rare niche survivor in that model.
Since 2019 La Compagnie has flown Airbus A321neos fitted with just 76 lie-flat seats, an unusual configuration for a narrowbody crossing the Atlantic. Its scheduled routes link Newark with Paris Orly and seasonal Nice, offering simmers a distinctive small-airline take on transatlantic operations.
