ASL Airlines Belgium was born as TNT Airways, the in-house airline of the TNT express empire, and still flies under the ICAO code TAY and the callsign QUALITY, both inherited from that era. Based at Liège, it operates the European overnight express network for FedEx, which absorbed TNT, along with flying for DHL and ad-hoc cargo ACMI customers.
