JetStream Virtual is a free virtual airline for flight simulator pilots. You fly real-world airline schedules in your own simulator and our tracker logs the flight and files the report for you.
The network carries 291 real-world carriers, 363,807 routes and 2,861 airports, flown by 1,255 registered pilots. There are no fees and no approval process.

Yes. There is no membership fee, no subscription and no paid tier. Every airline, route, aircraft and feature is open to every pilot from the day they join.

No. There is no test, no interview and no minimum hours. If you can fly a leg in your simulator, you can fly with us.
If it is all new, start with a short domestic flight in an aircraft you already know. The tracker takes care of the paperwork while you concentrate on flying it.
The JSV Flight Logger connects to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and 2020, and to X-Plane 12 and X-Plane 11.
MSFS connects over SimConnect, which ships with the simulator. X-Plane connects over its built-in UDP interface on port 49000. Neither needs a plugin, a bridge or any extra download.
It is our own tracking application for Windows. It follows your flight through the simulator, puts your aircraft on the live map, records around eighty data points once a second, and files your pilot report the moment you are on blocks.
It also loads your SimBrief flight plan, shows your route, fuel and weights while you fly, and analyses your landing afterwards. There is a full description of it here.
Sign in, download the installer from the Flight Logger page, run it, and paste in your API key. You will find the key in your profile settings.
That is the whole configuration. The Logger detects your simulator on its own, and there is no FSUIPC, XPUIPC or WASM module to install. It updates itself from then on.
It is by far the easiest way, and the live map, landing analysis and most awards are built on the data it records.
If you flew without it you can still file a report by hand from the website, but that flight will not carry the recorded track or the landing figures.
Not at the moment. The Logger is a Windows application.
If you fly on another platform you can still be a full member: book flights, file reports by hand, and earn hours and ranks the same way.

A pilot report: the record of a flight you completed. It holds your route, block and flight time, fuel burn, landing rate and the position trace the Logger recorded.
Reports build your hours, move you up the ranks and count towards awards.
Yes, on the live map. It shows everyone currently in the air with their aircraft, route, altitude and position.
No sign-in is needed, so you can watch what the network is doing before you decide to join.
No. Online air traffic control networks are entirely optional.
Fly offline, on VATSIM, on IVAO or anywhere else and the flight is logged the same way. We list the busier network events on our events page if you would like to join one.
Ranks follow your total flight hours, from Student Pilot upward, and advance on their own as you fly. There is nothing to apply for.
They do not restrict anything. Every aircraft on the network is available to every pilot from day one, whatever your rank.
There are 149 of them, for milestones such as your first flight, long-haul legs, landing at particular airports, punctuality and landing quality.
They appear on your public pilot profile as you earn them.
There are, and they are gentle. If you have not flown for a while your account moves to On Leave by itself, which changes nothing except how you appear on the roster.

Usually, yes. If a flight was tracked incorrectly, credited the wrong load, or was cancelled when it should not have been, send us the flight number and route and we will look at the record.
We would far rather correct a report than have you fly the same leg twice.
