About ALROSA
ALROSA Mirny Air Enterprise is the airline of the diamond mining company of the same name and has flown from the Yakutian mining town of Mirny since the 1990s. It became a separate legal entity on 1 January 2013. In October 2020 it operated the last scheduled revenue passenger flight of a Tupolev Tu-154 anywhere in the world.
Mirny and Polyarny are the home fields, with Lensk as a focus city and a Moscow presence at Vnukovo. Boeing 737-700 and 737-800 aircraft fly the trunk routes to Novosibirsk, Yakutsk, Irkutsk, Yekaterinburg and the Black Sea, while Antonov An-24 and An-38 aircraft cover the short sectors inside Yakutia.
