About Pascan Aviation

Pascan Aviation was founded in 1999 by Serge Charron and operates from Montreal Metropolitan Airport in the Saint-Hubert borough of Longueuil, where it also runs a fixed base operator. It is an independent regional carrier, describes itself as the largest in Quebec, and flies scheduled services alongside charter work.

The scheduled network links eight destinations across Quebec and Atlantic Canada, among them Quebec City, Iles-de-la-Madeleine, Gaspe, Bonaventure, Saint John and Halifax, with Saint-Hubert at the Montreal end of most routes. The fleet is built around the Saab 340B, and Transport Canada listed twelve aircraft on the register in July 2026.
