Passenger Name List (PNL)

The PNL is the passenger manifest for your flight. It lists every passenger on board with their details, formatted similarly to real airline IATA PNL messages.

Reading the PNL

Each passenger entry shows:

  • Sequence number — Position in the list
  • Name — LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME in uppercase
  • Gender — M (male), F (female), CHD (child), or INF (infant)
  • Bags — e.g., “1/23” means 1 bag weighing 23kg
  • SSR codes — Special Service Request codes (see below)

Passenger Types

SSR Codes (Special Service Requests)

You may see these IATA standard codes next to passenger names:

Wheelchair Assistance
WCHRWheelchair — Ramp. Can walk short distances, needs wheelchair for longer distances
WCHSWheelchair — Steps. Cannot climb stairs, needs assistance to/from seat
WCHCWheelchair — Cabin. Completely immobile, must be carried to/from seat

Bag Totals

At the bottom of the PNL, you'll find totals showing total bags and total bag weight. This weight contributes to the cargo/freight figure on your load sheet.
