Understanding Your Statistics & Dashboard

What all the numbers on your dashboard and profile mean and how they are calculated.

Understanding Your Statistics & Dashboard

Your Dashboard

The pilot dashboard is your personal command center. It shows a summary of your flying activity, career progress, and upcoming flights.

Dashboard Widgets

Flight Hours

Your total accumulated flight hours from all accepted PIREPs. This is block time (blocks off to blocks on), which is the industry standard for logging flight hours. Pending or rejected PIREPs do not count.

Flights Completed

Total number of accepted PIREPs. This counts each individual flight, regardless of duration.

Average Landing Rate

Your average touchdown vertical speed across all flights, measured in feet per minute (fpm). Lower is generally better:

RateRating
0 to -100 fpmExcellent — butter landing
-100 to -200 fpmGood — smooth and professional
-200 to -400 fpmAcceptable — within normal parameters
-400 to -600 fpmFirm — passengers noticed
Below -600 fpmHard — inspect the landing gear
Distance Flown

Total distance across all flights, shown in your preferred unit (nautical miles or kilometres).

Current Rank

Your rank is based on total flight hours. The rank badge shows your current position in the airline hierarchy. Hover over it to see the hours required for the next rank.

Recent Flights

A list of your most recent PIREPs with route, date, flight time, and status. Click any entry to see the full PIREP detail.

Active Bids

Flights you have booked but not yet flown. These are your “upcoming flights” — click one to continue the dispatch process.

Profile Statistics

Your public profile (visible to other pilots) shows:

  • Total hours and total flights
  • Airline and hub
  • Rank with badge
  • Member since date
  • Awards earned (displayed as badges)
  • Recent flight history with route map

How Statistics Are Calculated

  • Only accepted PIREPs count toward statistics
  • Pending PIREPs are not included until approved
  • Rejected PIREPs are excluded from all statistics
  • Statistics update in real-time as PIREPs are accepted
  • If a PIREP is later rejected (e.g., after review), your statistics are recalculated
